Ingrediënten kook
50 g boter
1 preitje
1 struikje selder ( bleekselder of groene )
1 mergpijp
250 g aardappelen
tijm en laurierblad
200 g postelein
100 g verse doperwten
50 g kervel
peper
zout
Bereiden kook
laat de boter in een pan smelten . voeg de schoongemaakte in klein vuur zacht worden . voeg na ca . 10 minuten 2 liter water , de mergpijp , de geschilde en in blokjes gesneden aardappelen , de tijm ,het laurierblad en zout en peper toe .laat het geheel op matig vuur ca . 10 minuten doorkoken . draai het vuur na deze 10 voeg steeltjes aan de soep toe . houd de blaadjes apart . laat de soep nu op een zeer zacht vuur gedurende ca . 1 uur zachtjes pruttelen met de mixer of door een zeef fijn . voeg de doperwten , de posteleinblaadjes en de kervel aan de soep toe . laat alles nu nog ca . 15 minuten zachtjes doorkoken . breng de soep , wanneer de doperwten gaar zijn op smaak met zout en peper
